CORE D Optical CMM

The CORE uses a high intensity spot of light to measure parts instead of a traditional tactile probe.  It is very fast, accurate, repeatable and reliable. Unlike other non-contact systems it can be calibrated to ISO 10360 and used in a production environment. It is typically 5 times faster than a tactile measuring machine.

CORE DG is an optical gauging system for single point measurements and CORE DS for single point measurement and scanning-mode.

CORE-DG Optical Multi Gauging System

Non-contact, fast, accurate and flexible – these are the strengths of the newly introduced CORE-DG. Designed specifically for use on the production floor to accommodate the measurement of small to medium size manufactured parts. The machines are equipped with linear bearing guide ways and linear motors in all axes providing extreme accuracy and speed with the ruggedness necessary for the shop floor environment. Built to machine tool standards CORE has the ability to pace production while providing the precision of dedicated gauges.

CORE-DS - The Core of Production Control

Clamp the turbine, push a button and start the non-contact measurement on the production floor CORE-DS makes it all possible! A robust and compact desktop version with high dynamics specifically designed for the measurement of turbine blades on the production floor. Integral rotary table for rapid part positioning and continuous wrist motion allows optimal alignment of the white light sensor. CORE-DS, the non contact optical measuring solution represents the optimum blade measurement solution that manufacturing has long been looking for.
